Refund Policy

1. Overview

GTest Canada offers digital products — the G1 3-Day Pass and the G1 Cram Sheet — delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately after payment, our refund policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. G1 3-Day Pass

The G1 3-Day Pass provides 72 hours of access to 300 practice questions. Access is activated immediately after your payment is confirmed.

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• •You were charged but never received access (technical failure on our end).
• •You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• •A documented technical issue prevented you from using the product during your 72-hour window.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. G1 Cram Sheet

The G1 Cram Sheet is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase. Because the file is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent.

If you did not receive your download link, or if the file was corrupted or inaccessible, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it promptly.

4. Free Content

All free practice tests, study guides, and articles on GTest Canada are provided at no charge. No refund applies to free content.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

• •The email address used to purchase.
• •The product purchased (G1 3-Day Pass or Cram Sheet).
• •The approximate date and time of purchase.
• •A description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
